New Bond Street

Central Bath

14 New Bond Street is a Grade II listed Georgian office building in central Bath, part of a terrace dating to the 18th Century and forming a prominent landmark in the heart of the World Heritage City. While the exterior, crafted in the iconic limestone ashlar for which Bath is renowned, remains true to the city’s streetscape, the interiors had undergone significant changes over time and required an injection of life.

Studio four point ten were appointed at the early concept stage to help reimagine and reinvent the modern workplace within this historic setting. The project transformed the four-storey building into vibrant, flexible office space for a multi award-winning tech company, creating environments that foster collaboration, creativity, and wellbeing.

Through sensitive interventions, thoughtful fitted joinery, and considered use of colour and art, the scheme unlocks the potential of each floor, activating circulation, defining tailored work zones, and providing spaces for focus, design, teamwork, and innovation - all while respecting the constraints of the building’s historic fabric.
